It includes but is not limited to anthropology, ecology, escaping, nuclear medicine, marine life & fishes, microbiology, neurology, zoology, ecology & anthropology, and woodwind and opera.  Artifacts in Museum

A quick tour of the Museum will show many fascinating artifacts and displays. For example, in the lobby of the Science Center are many hands-on exhibits such as:

1. Fossil bones, which are discovered through the expeditions of Charles Darwin.

2. Meteorites have been around for millions of years.

3. Dinosaur bones.

Popular Exhibit

Another popular exhibit is the "Big Bird" exhibit, a reconstruction of a bird that was extinct millions of years ago. In addition, the Museum offers hands-on exhibits and hands-on activities that make everyone feel welcome.

The Connecticut Science Center has a great range of hands-on science programs. These are part of the Science Learning Centers program, which is offered in conjunction with the Department of Education. The other types of hands-on science programs are part of the Education Outreach Programs. The two-year intensive science programs are called "SCORE" (Science, Technology, Environmental, and Engineering Education Research) and "sciences" (study of living things).

One of the most exciting hands-on exhibits at the Connecticut Science Center in Hartford is the Vermiculture exhibit. This is a five-week science series that allows visitors to see how the natural world is maintained. At each exhibit, people can get a close-up look at different birds, reptiles, insects, and even mammals and learn about the great things that nature has done to each of the creatures on display.

On a more mundane level, some of the more common exhibits at the Connecticut Science Center include the "Bank of America" section. Here, visitors can observe a wide array of bank accounts from throughout the country. A slide show highlighting some of the financial giant's most popular logos is featured on the wall as well. What better way to motivate a prospective employee to work harder at the corporate rewards table during their first week at the new Connecticut Science Center in Connecticut than to walk into a glass box and watch one of their corporate rewards displays?

Throughout the year, the Connecticut Science Center Connecticut features a wide range of seasonal exhibits. For example, visitors can check out the spring collection of seasonal flowers, the fall foliage display, or the wildlife of the Arctic. For a slightly different taste, visitors can take in an array of fireworks during the holidays. In addition, the Science Museum at the State University of Connecticut in Connecticut is home to a wide range of interactive exhibits. Some of the more popular ones include the Penny Arcade, the Virtual Learning Zone, and the Timetable Earth. These exhibits can help children enhance their knowledge of the environment, the universe, and their own body and mind.

 Educational Aspects

Beyond the educational aspects of the Connecticut Science Center in Connecticut, visitors can enjoy hands-on activities and games, too. They can go hands-on with a sandbox, dig through the worms found in the sandy soils of the science area, or splish splash in the water at the aquatic exhibit. There are also several real-life science experiments and demonstrations in the auditorium and on the floor throughout the Museum. In addition, visitors can visit the planetarium, which features a vast array of displays and animals, including a venomous snake. Children will also have an opportunity to participate in hands-on activities that include working in a laboratory, working with a volcano, or viewing live creatures like a seal out at the zoo.

While at the Connecticut Science Center in Connecticut, visitors also have the opportunity to experience other aspects of the science community. For example, the Science Learning Center hosts a sports lab where participants can work on hands-on projects while observing and photographing the sports in progress. The centrepiece of the science learning centre is the "Manitoba Aquarium," a one-of-a-kind aquarium filled with freshwater and saltwater creatures from all over the world. Those who enter the sports lab will also be able to watch a Labrador Retriever swim, view a penguin huddle together and feel a bit like they are part of the action in the aquarium. In addition, those who attend will get to interact with many animals, learn about nature, and leave with a sense of wonder at the Connecticut Science Center in Connecticut.
